Wine Down Cottage is a comfortable, fully furnished – and pet-friendly – cabin that sleeps up to 6 persons, making it a great choice for your family and friends with a breathtaking spectacular 30-mile southern view. This 2,100 square foot home is near the top of sought-after Sanderlin Mountain and close to the top of Monument Mountain and Eagle’s Rest Park/Trail.  Enjoy the views from inside the cabin, screened-in porch or the large deck. There is a new table and dining area that seats up to eight. The master bedroom has one King Bed and is on the main floor with an updated shower bathroom, plus a twin pull-out sleeper sofa.  The Master has access to a private deck.  The upstairs loft has a King Bedroom, and Queen bedroom that shares a new shower bath. There is a half (1/2) Bath on the main floor next to the Kitchen. The cabin has a rustic farmhouse feel with cedar paneling throughout, a new beverage bar with wine storage, ice maker and beverage cooler, a wood-burning fireplace, exquisite beams and hardwood floors, new furnishings, and decor. Room for up to five (5) cars in the driveway.

Homes and log homes come in various sizes from 1-2 bedroom condos sleep 2-4 persons, 3 bedroom homes sleep 6-8 persons, 4 bedroom homes sleep 8-10 persons, 5 bedroom homes sleeping 10-12 people and 6 bedroom luxury homes sleep up to 16 persons.
