Little Slice of 7 is located on the 7th hole of the Creek Golf Course in Big Canoe, close to all amenities. Closeby is the lakeside beach to paddle boat, canoe, play beach volleyball or enjoy the rock slide, Plus indoor pool, health club, chapel, tennis courts, racquetball courts, parks, playground. Just a short drive to the marina, golf club house, jeep trails, basketball courts and soccer field. (some amenities require separate fees which are not included in rental).
This home sleeps 8 Persons. The main level consists of a rocking chair front porch, a 2 story family room with stacked stone fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the 7th fairway and mountain vistas, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances,1/2 bath. Off of the family room there is a large screen porch with ceiling fan, table and ample seating, as well as a large open deck with Grill. There is also a washer and dryer provided for your convenience. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat panel TV, en suite bathroom with oversized shower.
The upstairs consists of two bedrooms joined by a jack-and-jill bathroom and an open loft area overlooking the family room. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has a queen bed. The loft has a small sitting area for reading and a work desk + Chair.
The terrace level has a large open room complete with a walk up bar, TV, game table, chairs and bookshelves stocked with games. There is a large wall of windows that looks out onto the golf course. The terrace level bedroom has a King bed and several windows, making it light and airy. There is also a full bath that can be accessed directly from the bedroom or the lower lounge room. There is an additional covered porch on the terrace level.
